The work

The tasks come from O*NET (United States) and ESCO (Europe), the world's two occupation databases. How the work is done can differ in Uganda; our team adds the local way where it does.

    Plan and organise the acquisition, storage, and exhibition of collections and related materials, including the selection of exhibition themes and designs, and develop or install exhibit materials.

    Develop and maintain an institution's registration, cataloguing, and basic record-keeping systems, using computer databases.

  3. 3

    Provide information from the institution's holdings to other curators and to the public.
