The work

    Clean and smooth moulds, cores, and core boxes, and repair surface imperfections.

  2. 2

    Sift and pack sand into mould sections, core boxes, and pattern contours, using hand or pneumatic ramming tools.

    Position patterns inside mould sections, and clamp sections together.
