Higher Education Students Financing Department (HESFS Department, Commissioner), Ministry of Education and Sports, 7th Floor Lourdel Towers, Kampala. Created by the Higher Education Students Financing (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Act 37 of 2024), which abolished the Higher Education Students Financing Board and moved its functions to the Ministry.
